Lower Towamensing Township Tax Collector is Connie Brown. She collects taxes for Carbon County and Palmerton School District from the township residents.  School taxes must be separate from the county and township payments. Once residents pay their taxes, they will receive receipts which are marked and returned to the taxpayer (in person or by a stamped, self-addressed envelope that they included).  Residents should refer to their yearly tax bill for office hours and due dates.
